Yael Lipman

Ms. Lipman served as a VP and CIO at Cellcom , Israel's largest cellular company. Prior to Cellcom, Ms. Lipman held a variety of executive positions at Amdocs in Israel and Sweden. Her professional career started in the Israel Air Force where she served in various R&D and command positions.

Ms. Lipman holds a BA in Computer Science & Economics, Bar-Ilan University, and an EMBA degree from Tel-Aviv University.
