Eliezer “Lazy” Oren

Mr. Oren is President and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board at Matrix IT. He  started his career in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he served 7 years with his position being CTO of the IDF HR IT unit. Following his military service Mr. Oren worked for ATL (now Ness) and shortly after that he founded Applicom Systems, serving  as its CEO until it merged with Matrix in 2003. In 1994 Applicom was listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and, at the time of  its merger with Matrix, it had 550 employees.

Mr. Oren holds a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
