Shmuel Blank

Since 2005 Mr. Blank has served as the Founder and Manager of TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) in Israel. Prior to that he was Founder and CEO of HP-OMS (Israel's HP subsidiary for Outsourcing and Managed Services), and CEO of LADPC (Local Authorities Data Processing Center). He has also held various managerial positions at NCR,  Amdocs and Ness Technologies.

Mr. Blank holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
