Shiloh Miller
Mr. Miller has been active as a lawyer for over 35 years in Europe, based in Brussels and London. He managed the European branch of Haim Zadok & Co. Law Offices in Brussels, the first Israeli law firm to establish itself in Europe. After the firm merged with a European law firm it was re-named Miller, Bolle and Partners and Mr. Miller was a co-managing partner until 2007.
Mr. Miller has provided services to a wide range of multinational companies, including Israeli high-tech, agri-tech, defense, manufacturing, banking, real-estate, bio-pharma, and petrochemical companies expanding into Europe and seeking advice on different domestic and cross border issues, including corporate, commercial, finance and banking, tax, IP and litigation.
Mr. Miller has also acted as Counsel and Director for companies and associations that have established a presence in Europe. Since 2007 he has been working primarily with property development and investment groups based in London.
