Dov (Dubi) Levanon R.I.P
Mr. Levanon held a variety of senior executive roles in the Telecom Infrastructure and Services areas. In his last position at ECI Telecom, Mr. Levanon served until 2007 as General Manager of its EMEA Business Group. In this position he was responsible for business, branches and customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Prior to ECI, Mr. Levanon spent 10 years in executive regional management roles at Comverse and Actelis, as well as founding and heading a startup to provide a multiservice platform to Tier-1 operators. Mr. Levanon served as an advisor to startup companies and to Israel Aircraft industries. Mr. Levanon earned a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion – The Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Levanon was killed in an aviation accident on March 3rd, 2011.
